THE PROPOSAL

  • We’re here to not only to capture this special moment, but also create an unforgettable proposal tailored to your love story and to make the process stress-free for you. Our mission is to support you, help you shine, and pull off the perfect proposal.
  • After your booking is confirmed, we will go over preparation tips, locations, logistics, wardrobe styling & any other details.
  • We can shoot anywhere that tells your story and inspires you and your love!
  • We shoot the proposal, and couples portraits afterwards and/with any other friends/family members involved.
  • We can include a complimentary video edited by Trynh (this is usually set on a tripod while we photograph, see a sample video right below).
  • You will receive around 100 images per hour booked, high-resolution for download, professionally edited & retouched.

THE ENGAGEMENT

  • The engagement session is a gift from me to you with the wedding package, and can’t be exchanged or replaced with extra coverage or products if not used.
  • An Engagement Guide will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed, this will cover preparation tips, locations & wardrobe styling.
  • Your engagement session can take place at any location (mileage + toll fees +parking fees may apply). We can shoot anywhere that tells your story and inspires you and your love!
  • Your photos will be available online for download or to order prints. Online order gallery will be valid for 14 days. After the expiration of your gallery, a fee for $50 will apply if you want to re-open the gallery.
  • For any reason that you may be unhappy with your photos due to circumstances that I cannot control (ie. weather, body image, hair, clothes, etc.), you may reschedule and pay for another session.

THE WEDDING

BOOKING

Initial Contact: We’d love to get to know you and your story over a call/Video chat. Please feel free to schedule an appointment here calendly.com/trynh
Booking: A 50% retention + signed contract is required to confirm all bookings, this amount will go towards your final payment.
Once the deposit has been made, the terms and contract cannot be modified.
The final payment is due 30 days before your wedding day.
ACH Check, Zelle, Venmo or credit cards are accepted. A 2.9% fee for credit card transaction (this fee must be paid through Venmo or Zelle).
Late payment will incur an additional $25 fee per day.
Travel fees apply for out of town events and may include flights, airport transfer and hotel for Trynh and assistants.
For weddings lasting over 7 hours, an associate photographer can be arranged for additional late night hourly coverage.

PLANNING

Planning: You will receive series of guides, tips and helpful information. 5 weeks prior to the big day we will send you a questionnaire, where I can pull info and create a photography timeline for you. We’ll be in contact with your planner and other wedding vendors ensure we’re all on the same page.
Arrival: We scout 30-60 minutes before our start time to double check lighting and overall look. For destination weddings, we arrive 2-3 full days before your wedding in case of any travel delays or weather issues.
Getting Ready: We have a mix of hands-on and unobstructed approach. We’ll move your dress + shoes to the perfect location, layout your invites in an artful way, and direct you to a spot with the best lighting before you step into your dress. However, we’ll never interrupt a moment between you and your mom; moments are a priority.
Couple Portraits: We’ve already ‘practiced’ during your engagement session so expect the same thing; lots of guidance, affirmation, and open-ended direction to get that signature organic fluid photographs.
Bridal party & Family:  You deserve beautiful photos of your favorite people. We’ll get the traditional photographs of your bridal party but then we like to mix it up and have more lifestyle photographs afterward. With family, we will work from a list to ensure we don’t miss anyone!
Ceremony, cocktail & reception:  When the ceremony and reception starts, we are very hands off! We are always on the look and anticipate those heartwarming moments.

AFTER

I will narrow down the photos to the best 500-700 to go through the editing/retouching process. Approximately 75- 100 images for every hour booked depending on how much details your wedding has.
Usual editing is complimentary. The full gallery is delivered 4-6 weeks after your wedding. During a very busy season, it may take up to 6-8 weeks.
Usual editing and routine touch up is complimentary (ie. cropping, exposure, color, contrast correction, minor clean up). Special requests for advanced editing can be done for an additional fee. Advanced retouching includes, but is not limited to, scar removal, teeth whitening, flyaway hair removal, double-chin removal, face-slimming, body altering, the possibilities are endless! The retouching process takes approximately 4 weeks.
Your photos will be available in online private gallery for download or to order prints. Online order gallery will be valid for 30 days. After the expiration of your gallery, a fee for $50 will apply if you want to re-open the gallery.
Your photos will be archived in a backup storage for 6 months. After 6 months the photos will no longer be available.
Album order must be placed within 3 months from when the images are delivered to you. After 3 months, it is $100 to reopen the project to design your album.
